Brief
Nave Cine Metro is a cultural center that hosts a variety of artistic activities, including performances, music concerts, movies, theater, workshops, and parties. Catering to audiences of all ages, it is crucial to provide diverse content and solutions such as ticketing, contact options, a 360-degree virtual tour, and essential information like a blog, parking details, and maps.
User Experience
I began with a user persona analysis, followed by funnel development and identification of communication channels. This approach aimed to better understand the personas by examining their thoughts, words, feelings, and actions. It provided insights into their demographics, goals, and pain points.
User Flow and Navigation
Through multiple iterations with the NGO, I created a mind map before developing a user flow map to capture the client’s overall needs. This helped establish a comprehensive information architecture, organizing content by pages, interests, and goals. Understanding these elements allowed for the simplification and prioritization of content to best serve the personas.
Wireframes
Now it’s time to sketch wireframes, incorporating all the information into various pages. This involves using different scales, shapes, hierarchies, and layouts, guided by the insights gathered from previous steps.
Interface
Creating a wireframe accelerates the user interface design process by organizing content across the pages, allowing for quick refinements and ongoing development through sprints. I used the brand’s colors and fonts to ensure the design remains consistent with the brand’s identity in a digital format.
